Ingredients
1 chicken nibbles or wings
1/3 cups Soy sauce
1/3 cups Hoisin sauce
1/3 cups Sriracha sauce
3 Garlic, crushed
1 tbsp Ginger, grated
1 tsp Sesame oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Combine soy, hoisin, sriracha, garlic, ginger and sesame oil in a bowl or zip lock bag and coat drumsticks. Reserve the left over marinade. Marinate for half an hour.
- Then place in a roasting pan, sprinkle over sesame seeds and bake for 20 mins, baste drumsticks with left over marinade and bake for a further 15 mins or until dark in colour and cooked through.
- (Optional) Garnish with chopped chilli, coriander and sesame seeds
