Juicy chicken wings coated in a sticky, flavorful sauce. Sweet, savory, and perfect for parties, game nights, or casual dinners — messy, delicious, and utterly satisfying finger food.

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken nibbles or wings

  • 1/3 cups Soy sauce

  • 1/3 cups Hoisin sauce

  • 1/3 cups Sriracha sauce

  • 3 Garlic, crushed

  • 1 tbsp Ginger, grated

  • 1 tsp Sesame oil

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 200°C.
  • Combine soy, hoisin, sriracha, garlic, ginger and sesame oil in a bowl or zip lock bag and coat drumsticks. Reserve the left over marinade. Marinate for half an hour.
  • Then place in a roasting pan, sprinkle over sesame seeds and bake for 20 mins, baste drumsticks with left over marinade and bake for a further 15 mins or until dark in colour and cooked through.
  • (Optional) Garnish with chopped chilli, coriander and sesame seeds
