Ingredients
2 cups pumpkin-mashed
1 cup Milk
2 cups cheese-grated
2 Eggs-beaten
2 cups Breadcrumbs
1 cup onion-finely chopped
Directions
- Mix pumpkin, onion, milk and eggs together in a bowl.
- Pour into a greased shallow baking dish.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese and breadcrumbs and dot with a little butter.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until slightly browned on top.
- Slice into squares and serve hot.

- Savoury Mashed Pumpkin Slice is not suitable for freezing.
