Ingredients
200 gram White Rice-cooked
410 gram Tin chickpeas-drained and rinsed
2 Carrots-grated
1 gram Cheese-grated
2 Eggs
2 Breadcrumbs
1 tsp Sumac
0.25 Mango chutney
Directions
- Process all ingredients, except breadcrumbs, in a food processor until combined.
- Roll tablespoonfuls into balls and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place on a lined baking tray and bake at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crunchy.
