Ingredients

  • 200 gram White Rice-cooked

  • 410 gram Tin chickpeas-drained and rinsed

  • 2 Carrots-grated

  • 1 gram Cheese-grated

  • 2 Eggs

  • 2 Breadcrumbs

  • 1 tsp Sumac

  • 0.25 Mango chutney

Directions

  • Process all ingredients, except breadcrumbs, in a food processor until combined.
  • Roll tablespoonfuls into balls and coat with breadcrumbs.
  • Place on a lined baking tray and bake at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crunchy.

  • Can be served hot or cold
  • you can buy sumac from most supermarkets and health food stores in the spices aisle
