Kids Pannacotta is the cheat’s version of Pannacotta. It is essentially a milky jelly filled with seasonal fruit and best of all, you can make it dairy free!

Ingredients
400 ml full cream milk * -(or dairy free milk)
1 tbsp sugar*
1 tbsp gelatine * -(or vegan equivalent)
300 gram Frozen berries-(or tinned peaches or fresh cut up fruit)
100 millilitre Boiling water
Directions
- Heat the milk and sugar together on stove until warm but not boiling.
- Stir the gelatine into boiling water.
- Fill a large jelly mould or small oven dish with frozen berries.
- Add gelatine mix to hot milk.
- Stir like the whole world is ending.
- Pour the mixture carefully into the mould and refrigerate until set.
Notes
- For a dairy free version you can use any milk alternative.
- Kids Pannacotta is not suitable for freezing
