Kids Pannacotta is the cheat’s version of Pannacotta. It is essentially a milky jelly filled with seasonal fruit and best of all, you can make it dairy free!

Ingredients

  • 400 ml full cream milk * -(or dairy free milk)

  • 1 tbsp sugar*

  • 1 tbsp gelatine * -(or vegan equivalent)

  • 300 gram Frozen berries-(or tinned peaches or fresh cut up fruit)

  • 100 millilitre Boiling water

Directions

  • Heat the milk and sugar together on stove until warm but not boiling.
  • Stir the gelatine into boiling water.
  • Fill a large jelly mould or small oven dish with frozen berries.
  • Add gelatine mix to hot milk.
  • Stir like the whole world is ending.
  • Pour the mixture carefully into the mould and refrigerate until set.

Notes

  • For a dairy free version you can use any milk alternative.
  • Kids Pannacotta is not suitable for freezing
