Hi DAndrews: I usually cook mine at about 200 degrees. I have a fan forced oven. Also I brush mine with egg instead of milk. Gives a beautiful golden colour.

Is there a difference between sausage mince and beef mince?

Yes there is Elise – sausage meat is ‘thicker’ and more processed than mince. But it is cheaper too – you can pick it up from the meat section of your supermarket!
