Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups Pitted dates

  • 2/3 cups Cashews

  • 1/4 tsp Salt

  • 1 tsp Vanilla bean paste

Directions

  • Blitz all of the ingredients until combined but with a bit of texture left
  • Scoop the mix into spoonfuls and roll into balls
  • Roll in coconut if desired
