These are a decadent treat, are super easy to make and super tasty too.  Make a huge double or triple batch and freeze them.  They are delicious eaten frozen straight from the freezer as a cool treat (even for the grown-ups!).

Cookies and Cream Bliss Balls | Stay At Home Mum

We used the Kit Kat Cookies and Cream Chocolate Bars in this recipe – you can find them in the confectionary section of your local Supermarket. If you can’t find those particular chocolate bars, any ‘Cookies and Cream’ type chocolate will do!

Cookies and Cream Bliss Balls make for the perfect personal gift for the person who has everything.  Make a batch and place them in a box with a ribbon and bow!

No-bake bliss balls with cookies and cream flavors — sweet, creamy, and perfect for a quick treat.

Ingredients

  • 3 cookies and cream kit kat bars

  • 160 gram Dollop Cream

  • 125 gram Cream cheese- softened

  • 2 flake bars* – to roll balls in

Directions

  • Beat cream cheese until smooth, add cream and beat again until mix together. Stir in chopped kit kat bars. Place in fridge for 20 minutes to chill until mixture starts to get firm. Once firm, wet hands and scoop 1 heaped teaspoon of mix and roll into ball, roll in crumbled flake bars and set aside on plate. Continue until all mix is rolled into balls. Serve immediately or keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Recipe Hints and Tips:
  • Cookies and Cream Balls are suitable for freezing for up to 2 months, otherwise keep refrigerated for up to 4 days in an air tight container.
