Ingredients
125 gram Butter-melted
250 gram Plain biscuits-crushed
4 tbsp Dessicated coconut
4 tbsp Cocoa powder
4 tbsp Honey
Coconut, crushed nuts, cocoa powder, chocolate flakes, sprinkles-to coat
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Spread the mixture into a tray and refrigerate for a few hours until set.
- Divide into 36 squares and roll each square into a ball.
- Roll each ball in coating of choice.
- Refrigerate until serving.
Notes
- Choc Coconut Truffles is suitable for freezing.
- For different colours, mix the coconut (for the coating) in with a drop of food colouring of your choice.
