Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated tasty cheese

  • 2 wholemeal wraps/lebanese bread

  • 1 tsp butter or olive oil

Directions

  • Sprinkle cheese over the surface of one wrap, place the other on top. Heat butter in a frypan over medium and place the bread down, fry gently for a minute, then flip and fry until cheese is completely melted.
  • Really, it’s one giant toasted sandwich, add some vegemite, avocado or tomato and jazz it up for lunch today!
