1.25 cups Flour
0.25 cup Self raising Flour
0.5 tsp Salt
0.5 tsp Cayenne Pepper
60 gram Butter
125 gram Blue Cheese-(or any strong cheese Romano is good too)
0.5 cup cheese
1 Egg Yolk
0.5 tsp Paprika
3 tsp Water
I make them for him every Christmas, but I can never make them like his Mum did! ?Luckily I’m not easily dissuaded and I keep trying Cheese. To date, this is my best effort maybe next year I’ll have an even better one!
