Ingredients

  • 3 Mars Bars

  • 160 gram Dollop Cream

  • 125 gram Cream cheese- softened

  • 0.5 cup Milo- to roll balls in

Directions

  • Beat cream cheese until smooth, add cream and beat again until mix together. Stir in chopped mars bars. Place in fridge for 20 minutes to chill until mixture starts to get firm.
  • Once firm, wet hands and scoop 1 heaped teaspoon of mix and roll into ball, roll in  milo and set aside on plate. Continue until all mix is rolled into balls.
  • Serve immediately or keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Amarsballs are suitable for freezing for up to 2 months, otherwise keep refrigerated for up to 4 days in an air tight container.
