Traditional Herb Gravy

Rich and flavorful traditional herb gravy, perfect for enhancing roasted meats, vegetables, and festive meals.

Ingredients
2 tbsp Meat Juices
3 -4 cups Stock
2 -3 tbsp Plain Flour
Salt and pepper
1/2 number Fresh Herbs, Sage, Rosemary and Thyme, chopped
Directions
- In a roasting pan, keep approximately 2 tablespoons of meat juices.
- Add the herbs
- Over a low heat sprinkle the flour over the meat juices and stir mixing together until it is slightly browned
- Gradually add the stock stirring as you pour slowly as to not make lumps
- Bring to the boil and simmer until desired consistency
