Tomato and Bocconcini Skewers

Cherry tomatoes and creamy bocconcini threaded onto skewers with basil. Fresh, colorful, and a simple appetizer for parties or barbecues.

Ingredients
1 Punnet Mini Roma Tomatoes
1 Tub Baby Bocconcini
10 Basil leaves
1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 tbsp Olive oil
Salt
Directions
- Using mini skewers, thread 1 tomato, 1 cheese and 1 basil leaf
- Place onto a serving plate and continue until all used
- Drizzle over all with balsamic and olive oil, sprinkle with salt
