Ingredients

  • 1 Punnet Mini Roma Tomatoes

  • 1 Tub Baby Bocconcini

  • 10 Basil leaves

  • 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

  • Salt

Directions

  • Using mini skewers, thread 1 tomato, 1 cheese and 1 basil leaf
  • Place onto a serving plate and continue until all used
  • Drizzle over all with balsamic and olive oil, sprinkle with salt
