Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise

  • 1 cup Sour Cream

  • 250 gram Shallots-chopped

  • 1 cup Cheese (grated)

  • 1 Spinach-bunch or frozen

  • 1 Cob Loaf

  • 1 packet of Spring Vegetable Soup (30 gram)

Directions

  • Cook spinach then leave to cool slightly.
  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Cut top off cob loaf and scoop out the middle.
  • Break the bread that has been scooped out into bite size pieces.
  • Put spinach mix into middle of cob loaf and serve.

Notes

  • Spinach Cob Loaf Dip is not suitable for freezing.
  • Serve immediately.
