Ingredients

  • 0.66 cup Sour cream

  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste

  • 2 gram Tomato sauce

  • 2 tsp Fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • drop Tabasco sauce

Directions

  • Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, cover and refrigerate until needed.  Will keep for up to two days in the fridge.

Notes

  • Add a couple of teaspoons of fresh herbs for a Herb and Seafood Sauce suitable for spooning over freshly grilled fish.
  • Not suitable for freezing.
