0.66 cup Sour cream
1 tbsp Tomato paste
2 gram Tomato sauce
2 tsp Fresh lemon juice
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
drop Tabasco sauce
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, cover and refrigerate until needed. Will keep for up to two days in the fridge.
Notes
- Add a couple of teaspoons of fresh herbs for a Herb and Seafood Sauce suitable for spooning over freshly grilled fish.
- Not suitable for freezing.
