Traditional Old Style Roast Chicken Stuffing

Classic roast chicken with golden stuffing, perfect for a traditional family meal. Juicy, tender, an.

This flavourful Traditional Old Style Roast Chicken Stuffing smells delicious and tastes great. The chicken’s juice makes it even more tasty! It’s a great recipe for the holidays but you don’t have to wait, really. Make these for dinner on a Sunday night! Why not?

To seal the Old Style Roast Chicken Stuffing into the cavity of the chicken, stuff it as full as you can, and then use the crust or ‘butt’ of the bread as a sealant – and then use a skewer to keep it in place.  The crust absorbs the flavours and oils too and is crunchy and delicious to eat (as kids we used to fight over who got the ‘Stuffing Butt’.).
