Ingredients

  • 2 Carrots-grated

  • 1 large bunch Radish-sliced with vegetable peeler

  • .5 cup Dill-chopped

  • 1 Lime, juiced

  • 2 Betroot-grated

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Directions

  • Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine.
