Cauliflower roasted in spiced Moroccan butter until tender and golden. Bold, fragrant, and a flavorful side dish that brightens any table.

Ingredients

  • 1 large Head cauliflower

  • 3 tbsp Butter-melted

  • 1.5 tbsp Moroccan seasoning

  • 1 number tsp of some salt and black pepper-to taste

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
  • Place the cauliflower florets in a bowl. Pour over the melted butter, seasoning and salt and pepper. Use a spoon to cover the florets in both butter and spices.
  • Distribute cauliflower evenly across the baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, then flip and bake for another 10 minutes.
  • If you aren’t keen on Moroccan seasoning, you can also use curry powder or Mexican seasoning as an alternative. Adjust spice amount to suit.
