Ingredients
1largeHead cauliflower
3tbspButter-melted
1.5tbspMoroccan seasoning
1number tsp of some salt and black pepper-to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 200 degrees and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Place the cauliflower florets in a bowl. Pour over the melted butter, seasoning and salt and pepper. Use a spoon to cover the florets in both butter and spices.
Distribute cauliflower evenly across the baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, then flip and bake for another 10 minutes.
If you aren’t keen on Moroccan seasoning, you can also use curry powder or Mexican seasoning as an alternative. Adjust spice amount to suit.
