Ingredients
300 g low-fat Greek yoghurt or light sour cream
1 x 40g packet French onion soup mix (e.g. Continental or Maggi)
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine yoghurt (or sour cream) and soup mix.
- Stir well until fully combined and smooth.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavours to develop.
- Stir again before serving with crackers or veggie sticks.
Notes
- Can be made up to 2 days in advance.
- For extra tang, add a splash of lemon juice or a pinch of garlic powder.
- Use Greek yoghurt for higher protein content.
- Serve with carrot sticks, celery, or rice crackers.
- Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
