Ingredients

  • 300 g low-fat Greek yoghurt or light sour cream

  • 1 x 40g packet French onion soup mix (e.g. Continental or Maggi)

Directions

  • In a medium bowl, combine yoghurt (or sour cream) and soup mix.
  • Stir well until fully combined and smooth.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavours to develop.
  • Stir again before serving with crackers or veggie sticks.

Notes

  • Can be made up to 2 days in advance.
  • For extra tang, add a splash of lemon juice or a pinch of garlic powder.
  • Use Greek yoghurt for higher protein content.
  • Serve with carrot sticks, celery, or rice crackers.
  • Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
