Lemon Aioli is a garlic mayonnaise. It makes a great sauce for meats such as chicken and seafood, and is also a very versatile dip. Perfect for the warmer weather – and something a little bit fancy!

Ingredients
0.5 cup Whole egg mayonnaise -(or make your own!)
2 Garlic cloves
2 Fresh lemon juice
1 Lemon zest
1 Salt and pepper
Directions
- Peel and crush the garlic cloves well.
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well to combine.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Stores well in the fridge for up to a week.
- Serve with calamari rings, freshly baked fish, as a sauce on steak or baked chicken.
