Lemon Aioli

Lemon Aioli is a garlic mayonnaise.  It makes a great sauce for meats such as chicken and seafood, and is also a very versatile dip.  Perfect for the warmer weather – and something a little bit fancy!

Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup Whole egg mayonnaise -(or make your own!)

  • 2 Garlic cloves

  • 2 Fresh lemon juice

  • 1 Lemon zest

  • 1 Salt and pepper

Directions

  • Peel and crush the garlic cloves well.
  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well to combine.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Stores well in the fridge for up to a week.
  • Serve with calamari rings, freshly baked fish, as a sauce on steak or baked chicken.
