If you have never tried this you must!!!

Having a bbq in summer is one thing, putting Chimichurri on your bbq’d steak is a whole other level!!! It’s so zesty and fresh you will keep coming back for more!

Chimichurri is packed with flavor and gives a summer meal and extra kick so definitely try this recipe with either steak, chicken or fish, it tastes good with it all! It only takes a minute to blend all of the ingredient s and then serve on top of your favourite dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 Bunch Parsley

  • 1/2 Bunch Coriander

  • 2 Spring onions

  • 2 Garlic cloves

  • 1 Red chilli (Optional)

  • 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar

  • 1/3 cups Olive oil

  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  • Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and blitz until it’s almost smooth or alternatively use a motar and pestle.
  • Serve with either steak, chicken or fish.
