Ingredients
250 gram Feta
2 tbsp Fresh chopped parsley
2 Cloves garlic
1 tsp Chilli flakes
1/2 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp White wine Vinegar
Directions
- Place the feta into a bowl and gently mix with the parsley, chilli flakes and crushed garlic. Add the white wine vinegar and mix well. Pour into a jar and top with olive oil. Seal and keep in the fridge for up to a week.
Notes
- You can use any flavourings you like, rosemary or basil are great herbs to add!
- For a lower fat version, use skim feta
