1 Onion-chopped
1 cup Milk
1 cup Bread crumbs
1 Bay leaf
Directions
- In a saucepan, place the onion, milk and bay leaf.
- Cover and simmer until the onion is tender.
- Strain the milk and stir in the breadcrumbs to make a thick sauce.
- Season and place over a very low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
