Our American Potato Salad recipe can be served both hot and cold.
Either way it’s bloody delicious!
My personal preference is I like it hot with Fried Chicken. Just for something different!

- Cook the bacon or ham in a frypan until nice and crispy.
- Add all the ingredients into a bowl and stir very gently until well combined.

Notes
- American Potato Salad is not suitable to freeze.
- Best made fresh on the day it is eaten.
- If you’re not keen on mustard, substitute with curry powder – it gives it a bit of a kick!
