Frozen corn and grated carrot can also be added to this type of ‘slice’.
Excellent slice, I used zucchini, carrot, baby peas, corn, & red capsicum (pretty much what I had left in the fridge) it was very tasty.
Omg this was unreal! Half was gone before I got to take it out of the tray. Very tasty and my little demolished it 🙂
Does this stick to the dish? I noticed it doesn’t have the oil that most recipes have, and a friend did one without oil and it stuck bad.
