Quick and Easy Ham and Noodle Fritters is an easy and delicious ‘snack in a hurry’ for kids, after school or on the weekend! It is also a great way to use up leftover ham after the Christmas season.

This recipe is truly amazing because, in less than 10 minutes, you can already get a taste of this awesome combination of noodles and ham! This is truly perfect as a school snack because it won’t take so much of your time in the morning!

Made with the traditional two-minute noodle packs that most of us already have in their pantry – this is a quick and delicious after school snack – and you can even pack them cold for school lunches the next day.

Ingredients

  • 150 gram Noodle

  • 6 Eggs

  • 200 gram Ham-shaved

  • 0.5 cup Corn-Kernels

Directions

  • Cook the two-minute noodles and drain well (discard noodle seasoning).
  • Whisk the eggs well.
  • Mix all the ingredients together until combined.
  • Heat frypan with a little oil and fry until golden and crispy on both sides.

Notes

  • Ham and Noodle Fritters are not suitable to be frozen.
  • They can be kept in the fridge for two days in an airtight container.
