Ingredients
3 Slices bread -(I used multi grain)
1 Egg
0.25 cup cheese-grated
2 tbsp Milk
Salt and pepper-to taste
Directions
- Cut the crusts off the bread.
- Grab a medium sized ramekin and layer the three slices of bread with the grated cheese (ending up with cheese on top).
- In a separate bowl beat together the egg and milk and pour over the top.
- Bake in a hot oven for 15 minutes or until golden and set and the crusts have gone crunch on top!.
Notes
- You could also make a Ham and Cheese Sandwich Souffle with added layers of ham.
