Ingredients

  • 3 Slices bread -(I used multi grain)

  • 1 Egg

  • 0.25 cup cheese-grated

  • 2 tbsp Milk

  • Salt and pepper-to taste

Directions

  • Cut the crusts off the bread.
  • Grab a medium sized ramekin and layer the three slices of bread with the grated cheese (ending up with cheese on top).
  • In a separate bowl beat together the egg and milk and pour over the top.
  • Bake in a hot oven for 15 minutes or until golden and set and the crusts have gone crunch on top!.

Notes

  • You could also make a Ham and Cheese Sandwich Souffle with added layers of ham.
