Ingredients

  • 250 gram Feta

  • 2 tbsp Fresh chopped parsley

  • 2 Cloves garlic

  • 1 tsp Chilli flakes

  • 1/2 tbsp Olive oil

  • 1 tbsp White wine Vinegar

Directions

  • Place the feta into a bowl and gently mix with the parsley, chilli flakes and crushed garlic.  Add the white wine vinegar and mix well.  Pour into a jar and top with olive oil.  Seal and keep in the fridge for up to a week.

Notes

  • You can use any flavourings you like, rosemary or basil are great herbs to add!
  • For a lower fat version, use skim feta
