Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond milk

  • .5 cup Mango-frozen

  • 1 Bananas

  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil

  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder

  • .5 tsp Cinnamon

  • .5 tsp Ginger

  • 1 tsp Chia seeds

Directions

  • Pop all ingredients in a decent blender.
  • Blend until smooth and well combined.
  • Pour and serve immediately. This recipe is best consumed in the morning on an empty stomach.
