This is our Summer twist on the traditional Dark & Stormy drink using Bundaberg Rum’s Small Batch….Summer Stormy (1 standard drink) It is a refreshing drink perfect for sharing with friends and family over a barbecue!

The Summer Stormy is the perfect drink to enjoy with barbecue pork ribs, fresh coleslaw and savory nibbles!

A refreshing, spirited twist on the classic Dark & Stormy: rum, citrus, ginger beer, and ice deliver a bold, vibrant drink perfect for summer evenings with friends.

Ingredients

  • 1 Lime-fresh, sliced into 4 juicy slices

  • 1 Lemon-the freshest you can find, sliced into 4 slices as well

  • 1 Bundaberg Rum-Small Batch, 30ml size

  • 1 Ginger beer-20ml size

Directions

  • Slice your lemon & lime into thin circle slices and add to your glass. We used Mason Jars with handles, which looked lovely.
  • Measure your Bundaberg Rum Small Batch into a 30ml nip and pour into your glass.
  • Pour the Ginger Beer into your glass until full just below the rim, add rhubarb stalks and stir until well mixed.
  • Sit back with friends and enjoy your Summer Storm.

  • Summer Storm is an alcoholic drink & should only be consumed by those over 18 years in moderation.
