Ingredients

  • 1 cup Frozen or fresh strawberries

  • 1/2 cup Oats

  • 1 cup Vanilla Yoghurt

  • 1/2 cup Milk

  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

Directions

  • Place all of the ingredients into the blender and blitz together and enjoy!
