Ingredients

  • 1 Peach

  • 1/2 cups Frozen Raspberries

  • 1 cup Milk

  • 1/2 cups Cashews (Could use other nuts or yoghurt)

Directions

  • Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blitz for 2 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy!
