If you’re looking for a delicious way to celebrate any occasion, look no further than homemade Irish cream! This creamy liqueur is traditionally made with whiskey, cream, and coffee, and it’s the perfect addition to any festive party.

Nice with milk and ice, on its own, or splashed into a cup of coffee!

Making your own Irish cream is surprisingly easy, and it’s a great way to impress your guests. Just combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Then pour the mixture into a bottle or jar and refrigerate for at least 24 hours. When you’re ready to enjoy, simply pour over ice or add to your favorite coffee or dessert. Slainte!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Light Cream

  • 395 gram Condensed milk

  • 1 cup Irish Whiskey

  • 1 tsp Instant coffee

  • 2 tbsp Chocolate Topping

  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and set on high speed for 30 seconds.
  • Bottle in a tightly sealed container and refrigerate. Shake before using.

Notes

  • Homemade Irish Cream is not suitable to freeze.
  • Will keep for up to two months and has approximately 16 servings. (Give or take!)
