Ingredients

  • 1 number Cucumber (peeled and diced)

  • 1 number Lime (cut into tiny pieces, skin left on)

  • 2 number Ice cubes

  • 4 cups Cold water

Directions

  • Mix together all the ingredients and place in the fridge.
  • Pour mixture into a sports drink and drink when thirsty.
  • Top up with water as needed.
