This Christmas punch recipe is refreshing, delicious and perfect for a hot Christmas day!

This has been my go to drinks for so many years especially when I have guests over. It’s fun, festive and the colourful glasses just add a fun touch to the ocassion.

Ingredients

  • 3 Orange-juice only

  • 2 Lemon-juice only

  • 1.5 cups Sugar

  • 440 gram Pineapple-tin

  • 5 Passionfruit

  • 1250 millilitre Lemonade

  • 1250 millilitre Ginger Ale

  • 2 Bananas

  • 250 gram Strawberries

Directions

  • Boil Lemon Juice, orange juice and sugar in a saucepan.
  • Place in a punch bowl and stand to cool slightly.
  • Place in the fridge for 2 – 3 hours.
  • Add Lemonade and Ginger Ale.
  • Place all fruits in just before serving.

  • Christmas Punch Recipe is not suitable to freeze.
  • You can add any extra type of fruit that you like to this recipe
