How to Make Authentic Steak Diane

Authentic Steak Diane with mushroom sauce and brandy.

How to make Authentic Steak Diane

I love Steak Diane – reminds me of growing up – we must have eaten it at least once a week.  I heartily recommend serving it with crispy chips and greens.  Not very healthy – but delicious!
