410 gram Soy Beans
1 Onion
1 tbsp Tahini
1 Carrots (grated)
2 Celery-chopped
Directions
- Drain the soy beans.
- Coarsely blend with the onion, celery and tahini.
- Mix in the grated carrot.
- Form patties and fry until golden and cooked through.
