Ingredients

  • 410 gram Soy Beans

  • 1 Onion

  • 1 tbsp Tahini

  • 1 Carrots (grated)

  • 2 Celery-chopped

Directions

  • Drain the soy beans.
  • Coarsely blend with the onion, celery and tahini.
  • Mix in the grated carrot.
  • Form patties and fry until golden and cooked through.
