This Sizzling Slow Cooker Mongolian Beef is a fancy lunch or dinner idea that you can easily make at home.
The smell of this, while it simmers and the slow cooker does its work, is mouthwatering. If you’re a fan of spicy food, you’ll definitely love it as well!
However, if you have kids, you can lessen the ginger and make do without the chilli. That way the kids can enjoy it too.
You’ll find yourself eating too much rice with this Sizzling Slow Cooker Mongolian Beef. Even the sauce is delectable.
Tender strips of beef simmer in a sweet-savory soy-ginger sauce in the slow cooker. Richly flavored, melt-in-your-mouth, and perfect served over rice or noodles for dinner.
