Ingredients
500 gram Beef Mince
1 cup Breadcrumbs
1 number Egg
0.25 cup Rogan Josh Paste
1 number Onion-chopped fine
1 tsp Garlic-crushed
425 gram Crushed Tomatoes
0.5 cup Beef stock
Directions
- Mix the mince, breadcrumbs and egg together in a bowl until well combined.
- Roll into meatballs.
- Cook in a hot pan until browned all over and cooked through.
- Remove them from the pan.
- Fry off the Rogan Josh paste with the garlic and onion.
- Cook until onion is soft and mixture is fragrant (about 5 minutes).
- Add the tomatoes and beef stock and cook for 10 minutes or until mixture is reduced and thickened.
- Add the meatballs to heat through.

- Rogan Josh Meatballs are suitable to freeze for up to six months.
- Allow to cool before placing into a ziplock bag. Remove any air from the bag and place in teh freezer.
