Pineapple And Beer-Baked Ham

If you’re a fan of cooking up a nice big ham for your family’s celebrations, this Pineapple and Beer-Baked Ham is one to remember.

Baked in beer and pineapple, this ham is just perfect for Christmas — or any other occasion — and the flavour is out of this world! AND THE JUICE!!!

I CAN’T EVEN!

The glaze turns beautifully sticky and golden in the oven, with the sweetness of the pineapple cutting through the richness of the meat, and the beer adding this deep, savoury magic that’s hard to describe but impossible to forget. Every slice is juicy, tender, and packed with flavour, and the aroma that fills your kitchen? Absolutely divine.

This dish is a real crowd-pleaser, and it makes an incredible centrepiece at any festive table. Whether you’re hosting Christmas lunch, planning ahead for Easter, or simply looking for a way to make a family dinner feel extra special, this ham always delivers. And the best part? The leftovers are just as good the next day — think sandwiches, fried ham slices with eggs, or even stirred through a creamy pasta.

It’s surprisingly easy to make too — once you’ve scored the fat, added the cloves, and poured over that heavenly beer-pineapple glaze, the oven does the rest. Minimal effort, maximum flavour!

Trust me: once you try this, it’ll become a holiday tradition in your household just like it has in mine. This is comfort food that celebrates good times, good people, and seriously good flavour.
