Ingredients

  • 2 ½ Dijon mustard

  • 3 tbsp butter, melted

  • 4 tbsp honey

  • 65 g breadcrumbs

  • 80 g pecans, finely chopped

  • 3 tsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • 6 salmon fillets (about 150 g each)

  • 1 g salt and pepper (to taste)

  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges, to serve

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 200°C. Grease a baking tray.
  • Combine mustard, melted butter, and honey in a small bowl.
  • Mix breadcrumbs, chopped pecans, and parsley in another bowl.
  • Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Place on the prepared tray.
  • Brush each fillet with the honey-mustard mix.
