Minecraft Meatloaf
Recipe by Stay at Home Mum
A fun, themed meatloaf shaped like a Minecraft block. Creative, hearty, and a hit with kids at mealtimes.

Ingredients
500 gram Beef mince
500 gram Sausage mince
1 Egg-lightly beaten
1 Onion -finely diced
0.5 cup Fresh Breadcrumbs
1 tbsp Curry powder
0.5 cup Milk
0.5 cup Sugar
Sauce
0.5 cup Tomato sauce
0.25 cup BBQ sauce
0.25 cup Worcestershire sauce
0.25 cup Sugar
0.5 cup Water
2 tbsp White vinegar
2 tbsp Lemon juice
Directions
- Meatloaf:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Line baking dish with baking paper.
- Using a wooden spoon mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Now place mince mix into baking dish and mold into a meatloaf log shape. You can make this into 2 smaller meatloaves or one large one.
- Bake for 3o minutes.
- Sauce:
- Mix all ingredients into a jug and stir well.
- After the meatloaf has cooked for the initial half hour pour the sauce oven the meatloaf and cook for a further half hour, baste with sauce throughout cooking time3-4 times.
- Serve meatloaf with mashed potato and peas.
- Recipe Hints and Tips:
- Minecraft Meatloaf is suitable for freezing for up 3 months, otherwise keep refrigerated for up to 3 days in an airtight container.
