Minecraft Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 500 gram Beef mince

  • 500 gram Sausage mince

  • 1 Egg-lightly beaten

  • 1 Onion -finely diced

  • 0.5 cup Fresh Breadcrumbs

  • 1 tbsp Curry powder

  • 0.5 cup Milk

  • 0.5 cup Sugar

  • Sauce

  • 0.5 cup Tomato sauce

  • 0.25 cup BBQ sauce

  • 0.25 cup Worcestershire sauce

  • 0.25 cup Sugar

  • 0.5 cup Water

  • 2 tbsp White vinegar

  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice

Directions

  • Meatloaf:
  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  • Line baking dish with baking paper.
  • Using a wooden spoon mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  • Now place mince mix into baking dish and mold into a meatloaf log shape. You can make this into 2 smaller meatloaves or one large one.
  • Bake for 3o minutes.
  • Sauce:
  • Mix all ingredients into a jug and stir well.
  • After the meatloaf has cooked for the initial half hour pour the sauce oven the meatloaf and cook for a further half hour, baste with sauce throughout cooking time3-4 times.
  • Serve meatloaf with mashed potato and peas.
  • Recipe Hints and Tips:
  • Minecraft Meatloaf is suitable for freezing for up 3 months, otherwise keep refrigerated for up to 3 days in an airtight container.
