Ingredients

  • 0.5 punnet Strawberries-diced

  • 320 gram dollop Cream

  • 8 Meringue Nests-store bought

  • 8 Mini Pavlovas-store bought

  • 1 cup Honeycomb-diced

Directions

  • Pour cream in medium sized bowl, add mini pavlovas and honeycomb. Stir through with a spatula, you want the mix nice and chunky.
  • Place meringue nests out on serving tray, place 2 tablespoons of cream mix on each nest. Top with strawberries and serve!
  • That’s right you are done. Your family and guest will now know you as a kitchen god, they make this in heaven I’m sure!
  • Recipe Hints and Tips:
  • Honeycomb and Strawberry Meringues are not suitable for freezing.
  • You can make the cream ahead of time and keep refrigerated in airtight container for 1 day, though the cream will go a golden honeycomb colour.
  • You can add any fruit of your choice, let us know your favorite fruit topping at your place!
