Ingredients
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Cumin
1/4 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Chilli Powder
3 tbsp Olive Oil
1 Red Onion, sliced
1 Red Capsicum
1 Lime, juiced
.5 tsp Cayenne Pepper
500 gram Chicken strips or beef
Directions
- Mix all of the ingredients into a bowl, add in the meat then stir and coat. Leave the meat for 30 minutes to soak.
- Heat the frying pan and cook for approximately 10 minutes until the meat is cooked through and the onion is translucent.
- Serve with tortillas and sour cream or in a bowl with some corn kernels, avocado, rice and fresh tomatoes.
