Ingredients

  • 2 Onions

  • 3 Garlic cloves

  • 2 Carrot

  • 2 Celery stalks

  • 1 Zucchini

  • 1 caspsicum

  • 2 tsp Olive Oil

  • 2000 gram Mince

  • 1/2 cups Tomato paste

  • 1/3 cups Dry red wine

  • 2 Diced tomatoes-tins

  • 2 Pasta sauce-jar

  • 1 tbsp Vegetable stock

  • 2 tbsp Sugar

  • Salt and pepper-pinch

Directions

  • Add all vegetables into a food processor and process, until vegetables are finely chopped
  • Heat oil in a large pan and add the vegetables, cooking until soft
  • In a separate pan fry mince in batches, slowly adding the veggies
  • Once mince is brown and mixed with veggies, add all remaining ingredients
  • When boiling remove and place in slow cooker
  • Cook on high for 4-6 hours
  • Serve with curly pasta
